Kiell Tofters from Sweden has a huge vision for Africa, based currently in Burundi, Rwanda, and DR Congo. Alan Casebow from Town Centre has been involved in this, and they have received huge encouragement from Dave Richards and Barney Coombs. Kiell has produced an online magazine about various aspects of the initiative, including some ongoing projects, and a feature about our own Alan Casebow.
