Key House contracts exchanged!

Great news! On Monday 15 February we finally exchanged contracts on Key House - Praise God!
At last the news we had been waiting for. After the previous weeks of uncertainty, contracts for the purchase were finally exchanged on Monday 15th February. Completion will take up to 4 weeks. Even with the legal delays, we are still aiming to get Key House ready for occupation by the Middle and Senior Schools in September.
