Key House - week beginning 19 July
This week the fire escape is finished, the pathway to connect Key House to the playground begins to be cleared of vegetation. The 'special needs' room (on the ground floor) new door way is made. The ceiling tiles begin to go in, more plastering is done and the first sink in the dirty lab units from QMC goes in!
Take a look at the latest video report from Dave Downer and photos below...
The new fire escape gleaming in the sun.

Looking down from the first floor you can see the pathway being cleared...
...and from ground level.
Up on the second floor in the dirty lab, some of the units from QMC have now been fitted...
...with the first of the 'bulit in' sinks (the taps will follow!).
On the second floor, the new ceiling tiles are starting to go in.
Down on the ground floor the new door into the 'specials needs' room has been created...
...and the old doorway and partition wall has been replaced with a solid brick wall, which has been plastered.
More plastering round the cupboards in 'The Studio' on the ground floor.
Even more plastering in the musuc room...
...once this is dry it can be painted.
In the art room, Dave posers for the camera 'cheese' :)
